Captain of the Watch

Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

England raises two more armies, while Turkey builds one of each. Both Austria and France NDR, so I will auto-disband pursuant to the Blitz tournament rules.

Will England take that elusive 18th center next year, or will Turkey's spirited defense hold the line for another year? Stay tuned...

Spring 1914 orders will be due Monday 6/29 at 3pm Central (US) / 20:00 GMT. Prelims are strongly encouraged!
