Moin Moin!

we've got a number of firsts to report. First Imperial and Russian fleets and the first use of the imperial privileges. Next to those highlights, I trust the Polish retreat to Hungary and the drastic downsizing of the French navy might be of particular interest.

On a general note, I expected a slightly less rapid decrease in the number of neutrals. There has been very little propping up of neutrals in this game. Rather, many powers have actively cooperated or made a point of not interfering with expansion at the expense of the minor powers. My sense is that the average decrease of minor powers will not be quite as high. But to be sure, the nature of the DP "sub-game" changes in that ever fewer DP targets are the object of contention.

Our next deadline's next Wednesday. Please don't respond to an adjucation directly. I tend to get the bulky map images sent back to me. I assure you I already have 'em! :p

Good luck in our third year!

Liebe Grüsse,

Charles

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
