Well, there's more position swapping of the re-occupying kind: England re-takes Silesia; Russia re-takes Warsaw; and Moscow... remains unoccupied. So, in total, the English position is slightly weaker now than it was one year ago, in that Moscow is now vacant... but it's stronger in that reserve troops have arrived in Kiel and StP.
