Guys,
Since Andrew tossed out the DIAS proposal publicly, I'll ask for your votes now. It doesn't make sense to hold off until the results to open it up for voting, so I'll ask that everyone send me votes on both the A/E draw and the DIAS by the deadline (Monday, 14 September.)
