Hey all,

Please welcome Michael Boutot as our new Russian leader! Michael steps
in just in the nick of time to save Russia from civil disorder, but can
he turn around her recent misfortune? Only time will tell. To give
Michael a chance to get acquainted with everybody and with the game, our
next deadline, for Summer 2014 moves, will be next Monday, November 23,
at 9 pm eastern. However, as usual, you all are course welcome to
submit final moves whenever you so choose and if I get a full set of
those then I will adjudicate immediately. Note that we do still have a
proposal for a two-way Canada / Denmark draw on the table, so don't
forget to vote on that.
