So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Folks,
The deadline is tomorrow (for real, this time.) I am STILL missing four sets of orders. I WILL NMR you. On top of that, with the false start I gave last week, it means you've all had a nice, early reminder, and therefore NO EXCUSE to be late. I will happily replace anyone who NMRs this season if they fail to contact me within 24 hours of the adjudication's publication, as is my standard policy.
