Looks like the confusion is that two of us are reacting to my failure to be prompt with my assignment as GM.

the DiplomaticCorps site has been changed to reflect the Country assignment I put together.  Please disregard and delete the second email regarding Country Assignments from me.  There is nothing of importance in the second "resend" email.  However, there is important information in Mike's email.
