Adam -
As excited as it is to have gained Galicia, it is incumbent upon me to mention (as the world's most honest diplomacy player) that those were not my most recent orders. I sent revised orders to you and the DC orders address last night at 11:23 PM.
Would you please take another look?
Thanks,
Chris

Subject: DC 293: S1901 Adjudication
We have arrived at the opening salvo of the Winter Blitz. Happy are they who put their trust in God. Wise are they who do not put too much trust in anybody else.
So, S1901 is accomplished. That brings us to S1901 retreats, which are due tomorrow. Eric, I'll need an order for your army in Liverpool
Everybody else can start submitting prelims for the F1901 movement, due on Thursday at 1000 CST.
As you can see (if I remember the attachments), I will attach .gif images of the movement/retreat/adjustment and of the current map. I will also attach the RealPolitik file (.dpy). All of these will also be available on the DC website at:
www.diplomaticcorp.com/?game_id=dc293
DiplomaticCorp has a facebook page. You can join it via Facebook or connect to it from the DC homepage. Regardless, I wonder if Jean-Luc read my latest post from New Year's Eve:
"I've discovered (at least in no-press) that the Balkan Gambit / presumed AI alliance is so prevalent these days that Italy can often make very good gains by moving to Trieste in S1901. I think it's time to swing the pendulum back toward early Austrian exits."
Oh, pendulum! Swing, pendulum, swing!
Of course, Jean-Luc and David may be executing a Key Lepanto variant, in which case, I've just tossed a giant red herring into the frying pan. GMs really shouldn't comment on the game, don't you agree? Because we think we know everything when we really only know the map.
That being the case, I won't comment upon the delicate Western balance which includes a Channel Opening by the English, an apparent DMZ in Burgundy, and an immediate French move to Spain. And don't even ask me about that Russian army in Galicia...
Well, enough of my piecemeal references. Read the adjudication for yourselves:
