Unfortunately, I never did get that acknowledgement from Germany.  However, since this is tournament play, I can’t wait any longer either as the Tournament judges are already after me to get something posted.  I hope Germany can adjust accordingly with the builds he provided before the error was known to all.
 
Again, my apologies to all affected; however, human error will crop up from time to time.  Please check your orders both when I return the “Received” message, to guard against your own errors, and when you get the adjudication, to guard against for any further errors from me.  Thanks.
