So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

I made a mistake in the latest adjudication. Nick submitted a hold order quite a while before the adjudication, which I apparently never entered into RealPolitik or my deadline matrix. I'd like to apologize to Nick, and note that this is not an NMR, but also does not affect the adjudication. Thanks to Nick for sticking with us til the bitter end (despite the GM's inattention).
