Again, a pretty crazy move this turn! England manages to get *both* Germany and Sweden to support him into Nwy and lots of stuff happening in the balkans, including our first dislodgement! I took the liberty of retreating Rum-Bla (the only other option is off the board, Nick, let me know if you'd prefer that). The retreat isn't due until the same time as the winter phase, so if any of you want to make conditional builds based on what Russia decides, that is completely acceptable.
