So here's the deal: we're definitely in the middle of trying to find a new Congo.  The dipcorp site has us listed as a game that's recruiting now and as soon as someone joins, we'll be up and running again.  This means that we'll have to redo the Fall 01 season to give the new player a chance to talk to people.  Your orders as they have been received will still stand if you don't submit others, but there will be a standard five days for diplomacy once we get our final player.

Other than that, there's very little we can do until we've got our tenth player.  Please be patient until then.
