Unfortunately, we have another NMR to report... the unordered French units are all assumed to hold. Another player's orders were somehow lost in translation, but thanks to the Orders box, the Swiss ambassador was able to deliver a copy to me.
England sails into the undefended Portugal and supports a German advance into Burgundy... but elsewhere, Germany fends off attempted English moves to Denmark and Sweden. Russia advances into Silesia, vacated by the German army marching to Galicia. The Russian fleet in Finland stays at anchor.
Meanwhile, in the south and east, Turkey finally gains the Black Sea, as Russia's fleet instead bounces the Turkish attack on Rumania. Turkey sails unopposed into Tunis, but appears to guess wrong and runs into the Italian army defending Rome. Italy and Austria join forces to boot Russia back out of Vienna. Turkey moves out of Serbia, leaving it under Austrian control.
Two units are dislodged, and it's possible that neither will survive through the winter:
The French army in Burgundy may retreat to Marseilles, Picardy, or OTB.
The Russian army in Galicia has no valid retreats and is destroyed.
Jonathan, since your army has multiple retreat options, I'll leave it up to you where to take your autumn retreat.
Winter 1903 adjustments will be due as follows:
Austria: no open center, build is (again) banked
England: build 1
France: remove 1 (no change if retreat OTB)
Italy: remove 1
Russia: build 1 (rebuild of destroyed army)
Turkey: build 1
Both the autumn retreat and winter adjustments will be due
tomorrow, Friday 1/29 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. Since there is a retreat, you may submit winter adjustment orders conditional upon that retreat.

Press from England:
A buoyant young sailor from York
bobbed about in the sea like a cork
he splashed to and fro
then decided to go
to the south - to east Portugese pork!
Said he "Where's that French fleet I knew?"
It seems to have slipped out of view!
It seems rather odd
they'd be fishing for cod
way out in that NAO blue!"
Nearby on that famed "Western Front"
things got quite severe, to be blunt
as scrambling French soldiers
hid behind boulders
to whimper and grumble and grunt.
