Lots of Retreats this season; and, while most of them have only one province or sea zone to retreat to and would normally be handle automatically, the Italian retreat has more than one.  Therefore, I will leave the others open for the other countries to decide whether or not to accept the single option or retreat Off-the-Board (OTB).
 
Remember, for Winter Blitz Tournament play, both the retreats and the Build/Disbands are due tomorrow.  Contingency orders based on possible retreats are allowed.  Contingency orders based one someone else’s build will be ignored.
