Hey all,

If anyone is looking to play diplomacy face to face in australia, we have an upcoming tournament in Melbourne

Victorian Diplomacy Convention
Venue: The Melbourne Chess Club, 66 Leicester St, Fitzroy, Melbourne, VIC
Dates: 6-7 March 2010, Labour Day Longweekend (in Vic)

Format: Multiple rounds of Diplomacy over 2 days; ‘Best 3’ count.

First Prize: Return airfares & accommodation to The Hague, Netherlands, to attend World DipCon in August 2010. (Value A$3000)
Other Prizes: Best Countries, Best Novice, the Victorian Diplomacy Champion perpetual trophy (since 198Cool

Cost: $20 for the whole weekend; no extra charge for entry to the Boardgames event. ($10/day casual play)
