Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

I've been trying to attract some attention to DC599. The GM has gone AWOL and the players have all agreed a DIAS outcome. Could someone officially draw it to a close for us please.
