Captain of the Watch

Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

The fall 1905 deadline is only a few minutes away, and I am still missing orders from at least one player. If you sent your orders to Garry and the Orders box, please forward them to me, I have returned to my GM duties.
