Ok, I neglected to send out the reminder for this season, so the two NMR's this season might be partly my fault. I'll keep trying to send reminders in the future, but remember that in the final analysis, getting in orders is still *your* responsibility.
 
So the English and German NMRs benefitted France, who gains Eng and Mao. Mao can retreat to Naf, Wes, or NAO (or otb). Eng can retreat to pic, wal, or lon (or otb). Austria is also ousted from Rum, and can retreat to Gal or OTB. Regardless of retreats, everyone still has a build or disband, so I'll expect to hear from all  of you by tomorrow!
