Austria and Russia each raise an army, while England adds one of each unit type. Germany gives up his armies in Paris and Ruhr.

Spring 1908 orders will be due Monday 3/1 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. As you have already seen from Nigs' message, there will be an endgame proposal for you to vote on along with your orders, a 2-way draw between England and Turkey. Please be sure to cast your vote; an abstention or a missed vote counts the same as a "no" vote.
