Tournament Judges say standard End-Game Proposal rules apply at the Spring and Fall seasons.
 
Therefore, we have a German Solo EGP on the boards for the Spring season.  Please provide your vote with your Spring Orders.  If the vote is unanimous, the victory will be awarded to Germany; if not, the adjudication will occur as usual with the offered orders.  Therefore, I need both a set of orders and your vote on the EGP.  The vote does need to be unanimous amongst ALL surviving countries (controlling at least 1 supply center)  and the lack of a vote will be counted as a “no” vote.
 
So, don’t forget your vote AND your orders.
