Another action-packed turn ushers in 1908. Italy trades Naples for Venice, while England scored the move into Clyde it's been ordering for a while. We also have a draw proposal on the table. THis proposal is a 2-way RA draw with survivals for F, I, and E. The one retreat we have is Austria's A Venice (TUS, APU, or OTB), but all of you should send me your votes by the summer deadline.
