First of all, the draw proposal fails, so we continue for at least one more year. Fortunately, there is some movement again, as Russia succeeds in taking Munich this time. English and Turkish fleets each sail towards the waters around the Iberian, solidifying their respective positions at what looks to be a stalemate line. Elsewhere, everyone seems to be content to stand still.
There is one summer retreat due:
The Austrian army in Munich may retreat to Bohemia, Burgundy, Ruhr, Tyrolia, or OTB.
Laurence, since there are multiple retreat options, I won't auto-retreat that army - your summer 1909 retreat is due
tomorrow, Tuesday 3/9 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT.
