Blitzers,

France retreats back into Northern Africa.

We have a draw proposal put forth:
Draw between Austria, France and Russia, survival for Germany.
The votes are due with the Fall movement (since only France needs to submit orders for the summer).

Blitzers,

Russia retreats to Berlin while Austria retreats into the Eastern Mediterranean.

We also have a Draw Proposal on the table:
France, Austria and Russia to share the victory, with survivals going to England, Germany and Turkey.
