Russia raises another army. We now move on to spring 1910, for which orders will be due Monday 3/15 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. Please note that the US and Canada begin daylight time this weekend, two weeks before Europe does so. As a result, the GMT difference may be off - so I'll be sure to give an extra hour of grace time, just in case.

Along with your orders, please be sure to cast your vote on the endgame proposal that Nathan mentioned, a 2-way draw between England and Turkey. Thanks!
