Russia can build a fleet in Stp next winter, and then there's nothing you can do. I wouldn't even agree to a 3-way until all your centers are ours (due to the Winter Blitz scoring system where every center counts).
You've played a great game, so it's nothing personal at all. I just want to get the additional points for a 3-way over a 4-way.
