Blitzers,

The winter comes around, and we now have a full complement of units on the board as Austria builds an Army.

We also have two special announcements this season:
1. I will go skiing next week, so Garry, out Winter Blitz guru will take over the adjudications next week. Please make sure you send all orders to Garry next week: kielmarch-at-hotmail.com (kielmarch-at-hotmail.com). I'll take this moment to remind you that you should also copy the orders box with all orders: orders-at-diplomaticcorp.com (orders-at-diplomaticcorp.com). Garry, if you want to change the time when the orders are due, please change them to whatever suits you better.

2. We have another proposal on the table as well: A two way draw between Austria and Russia. The votes are due with the Spring movement.

Next turn: Spring 1910 Movement.

[b]Next Deadline: Monday, 15th of March 2010, 19:00 GMT (7PM).

Austria:
Build A Budapest

/Fredrik
