The Germans finally seem to grab a hold of the North-western sphere, as they march into Paris. In the south-eastern arena Austria manage to hold on to a single center due to a misorder by the Russian. Turkey's the big winner this season - they manage to grab two new centers, and with their missed build last year they are now on track to build three new units.
