Unfortunately, we suffer two NMRs, from both Austria and France. However, the Archduke was already out of luck in the face of 3 enemies - thanks for playing, Matthew. What might France have done, though?
As it stands, Russia and Germany trade control of centers in the north, as Germany convoys through both his fleets from Berlin to St. Pete. Meanwhile, Austria is wiped out in one fell swoop, with each of his 3 hostile neighbors gaining at least one formerly red center.
The only dislodged unit is Austria's army in Vienna. But since it would have to be removed during the winter anyway, I'll retreat it OTB. We thus proceed directly to winter 1903 adjustments, which will be due tomorrow, Saturday 4/17 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. This time, I won't be out of town when the deadline arrives.
The Winter 1903 adjustments are as follows:
Austria: remove 2 / eliminated
France: build 1 (banked from 1902)
Italy: build 2
Russia: build 2
Turkey: build 1
