Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

I'm on a public computer today, so I don't have access to Realpolitik - so today's results are text only. I will send an updated RP file and game map Monday morning.

The Spring 1904 deadline will be Tuesday 4/20 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. We should be able to get back to a normal Thursday deadline for Fall 1904.
