Dear Players,

Please find attached the maps for Winter 1903

The adjustments were as follows:

AUSTRIA Build A Vie
ENGLAND Build F Lon, F Lvp
FRANCE Remove A Pic
RUSSIA Build A StP

Apologies for the late adjudication on this - as I had made an error with the Fall I wanted to make sure that everyone was happy with their builds

As such (and also because we shall have a week off over xmas) I shall give an extra day until the deadline for Spring 1904. Please get your orders to me no later than 3pm next WEDNESDAY 19th December.
