Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Don't forget, we're still on a modified schedule this season - spring 1904 orders are due at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. That's about 4 hours from now. I am missing orders from at least one player, so if you haven't sent your orders yet, please get them in!
