Germany seems to be the big winner this year (let's all give a polite clap for Dirk) for gaining those 3 dots, slipping into Saint Pete's, and taking it to the Poles in Warsaw.  Russians live to tell stories of "when I was a kid, we only had ONE center - and we had to walk up hill, both ways" for yet another year, and everyone sets up for a huge battle over Tunis - only to return to their ships empty handed.
