Technically I'm getting this out before the deadline, but I have all the moves in, so we're going with that. Otherwise my adjucation would be significantly delayed. I missed getting a chance to comment on the great I/R falling out, but I'm sure you've all picked up on that Smile

The winter moves were mostly as expected, though Russia chooses to build a northern fleet and focus there rather than shore up his defense in the south.

Also, received a DIAS proposal and an IFR proposal. Please vote on both with spring orders!
