So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Hey all,

I received a proposal for a RIT Draw. Please vote with fall orders. My understanding of the scoring is that, if approved, the points would be:

Turkey: 12.7 points

Russia: 12.7 points

Italy: 12.6 points

England: 4.7

Germany: 4.5 points

France: 4.2 points

Confirm it yourself, but I just thought I'd try to make it a bit easier for everyone. No vote received (including a total NMR) is a counted as a "no" vote.
