The summer inevitably moves into Fall, and the armies are on the move again. This time Germany clears out Russia, while landing on 17 centers, one short of a solo.
Italy manages to take centers from Turkey, and land on 15 centers, with Turkey having the two remaining centers.

We also have an end-game proposal on the tableraw Germany/Italy, with Turkey surviving.Vote are due as usual with the Spring movement.
