Blitzers,
There's peace across Europe as Italy and Germany decide to not fight it out. Turkey earns a survival, while the rest of the great powers have been eliminated. Congratulations to Joe and Eric for getting to the draw. End game statements are welcomed.

The winter has passed and we're heading for the Spring of 1909 - a spring that holds peace for Europe?
I have votes from everybody who remains in the game, but the Blitz rules state that EOG proposals are adjudicated along with the major seasons (Spring and Fall), so you all have to wait until Monday for the result.
