Something I forgot to mention... since Europe has been eliminated, those who control his starting five centres have the option of trading as many of their original building spots (the ones with stars) for the same number of his.  So, Russia could trade as many as four and Sahara one.  This winter turn is the only time you would have this option, however, as those stars will be removed from the map.  If you wish to do that, submit it with your adjustments.

Hey there everyone... the retreats are in and I guess that means we're officially down a player... only the first of many to come, I'm sure.  Below you'll find the numbers going into the Winter phase.  I am definitely interested to see how the power dynamics will grow from here.

Mexico:
Retreat A Dallas OTB

Amazon:
Retreat F Accra - Gulf of Guinea

Europe:
Retreat A Frankfurt OTB

Statistics:
Quebec has 11 sc's - 9 units = 2 builds
Mexico has 5 sc's - 6 units = 1 disband

Amazon has 2 sc's - 3 units = 1 disband
Europe has 0 sc's - 0 units = eliminated
Russia has 12 sc's - 10 units = 2 builds
Sahara has 6 sc's - 5 units = 1 build
Congo has 12 sc's - 11 units = 1 build

Persia has 9 sc's - 9 units = no adjustment
China has 3 sc's - 6 units = 3 disbands
Oceania has 10 sc's - 9 units = 1 build
