Captain of the Watch

Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Well we all knew this was coming, but it's official: DC313 is over. It's been an amazing ride with you guys. From the early eliminations to the final members of the Draw, all of you played very well, and I would be honored to see you again in any game I am part of. I would,however, like to take this moment to apologize for the inconstancy of my GMing this game. About a day after this game started, my life got a lot more complicated, and I just want to take this moment to thank Mike for picking up the massive amounts of slack I generated. Again, it was an honor to serve as your GM, and good luck to you all!
