Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Guys, I'm missing two sets of adjustments. I'm going to have to delay the turn until I get them, as this is still considered a play test. I'll send individual notes to the two players who haven't submitted their orders.
