With Fall 17 results we have ourselves another draw that
fails to pass and a winter that may never be!

it global warming, or just crafty Diplomacy...
We
do have two retreats, but Austrian A Bud can only go to Tri and German A Tyr
can only go to Boh. After enacting both of these retreats, there's simply
nothing left to do this winter. If either power wishes to go OTB and
build something else instead, you may do so by tomorrow 3pm Central, but if the
status quo is fine then we just move along to Spring 18... Due Monday!
