England is besieged! French naval forces dock in Liverpool while their countrymen in the army are convoyed onto the shores of Wales. The German fleet in the North Sea attempted to support a possible French move on London only to be forced to retreat by the forces of Britain. Elsewhere German troops clash with the Austrian army in the province of Tyrolia. In the East the Turkish navy takes to the Mediterranean while on land mass confusion ensues. Elements of the Russian, Turkish and Austrian armed forces all attempt maneuvers in the Balkans, however a stalemate is the end result.
 
Retreats are due Friday at 23:59. As their is only one power retreating, if it's ok with Germany we can speed adjudicate this phase after his orders are received.
 
The German fleet in North is dislodged. It can retreat to Yorkshire or Edinburgh or Helgoland Bight or Holland or Belgium.
