Fall 1903 sees continued confusion in the Balkans as Austrian, Turkish and Russia troops vy for position.In the Mediterranean the Italian navy loses control of the strategic Ionian Sea to Turkish ships, while the French depart Italian waters for the Atlantic. Meanwhile the French army group that landed in Wales last Spring invades London with support from their brothers at sea. British fleets continue the evacuation of the island and set sail for Norway which they wrest from Russian control. The German fleet that docked in Belgium during the Summer decides to extend their stay
