Familiarity: The medieval Herald was required to possess intimate knowledge of a dizzying array of names, ranks and crest. So too must the succesful diplomat be familiar with the board layout as well as the various strategies for each power. A handle on the protocols and the structures of the game rules is crucial for success.

Everyone:

Please welcome Kon Lederer as our new Italy in this game. Evidently the previous Italy withdrew from the game a few days back via the Forum, but I missed the message. Kon has been gracious enough to take over for us. Because he's taking over with the deadline a few hours away, I'd like to push the deadline back until Sunday 5th 23:59 GMT. Kon, if you need more time I'd be glad to push it back a day or two more--just let me know!

Below are the players' emails addresses and their respective countries.

Dirk - Austria - dirk(at)knemeyer.com
Bruce - England - coebq(at)yahoo.com
Brian - Turkey - briankingfox(at)hotmail.com
Max - France - Maxatrest(at)yahoo.co.uk
Jason - Germany - jason4747(at)hotmail.com
Gabe - Russia - elnerdo(at)gmail.com

Everyone else, you can reach Kon at konworldwide(at)gmail.com .

Thanks,
Chris

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
