We had one straggler for orders but just
an hour late, I was not ready to adjudicate at that point but it was here
before I started so I am going to let it ride (it’s generally accepted
that no one likes NMRs).…..there were no retreats needed so let’s
move on to the adjustments. Five powers have orders due.
