There has been a proposal (two actually) put forth for a draw between France, Russia,
and Germany.

This means that the game would be finished. France,
Russia and Germany would
share the victory. The rest of the players will receive survival status.

Per the rules of Diplomacy votes can only be counted during major
turns. So, please submit your votes with the Spring 1905 orders. In order to
pass there will need to be 7 Yes votes. Failure to submit a vote is considered
a No vote.

If I receive 7 Yes votes the Spring moves will not be revealed.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Tim

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
