The AFG Draw Proposal FAILS, with 5 YEA votes and 2 NAY votes.  I won't tell you how each nation voted, but feel free to speculate.  It is part of the fun.

Russian A Galicia auto-retreated to Ukraine.  The Tsar may choose to retreat OTB instead.  Let me know.
Italian F Mid-Atlantic Ocean can retreat to North Atlantic Ocean or Brest or OTB.

NEXT DEADLINE:  Italian retreat is due Friday, October 29, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern US time.  If no retreat is
received, the unit will be disbanded.
