I do not have votes on the Russian solo EoG proposal from every player yet. Since I didn't set a firm deadline before, I will set it for tomorrow... along with W1907 adjustments! 10:00 a.m. CST. To be clear (in case you're wondering about SC counts), the adjustments come first. Then the votes.
