Congratulations, Gentlemen!

The DIAS vote has passed unanimously (of course, that's the only way it can pass). I hereby declare this game to have ended in a 4-way draw between Austria, France, Russia and Turkey.

Well done to all! I will post the final results to DC a little later tonight, and will weigh in with a few comments of my own on the game. Just wanted to get the important news out right away.

End of game statements are certainly encouraged from all, including those eliminated earlier in the game.
