Diplomats,

There has been a question about what a DIAS is. It's a Draw Including All Survivors - in other words, the five remaining powers will share the victory.

Hope this clears it up. Continue to feel free to ask any questions if I am unclear about something.

Diplomats,

Coming to you a little bit late today. Looks like the stuff is heating up. The next few turns will be interesting - we will be playing on since the proposal failed. No retreats, but we have a DIAS proposal on the table. Send in your votes with the fall moves.
