First of all - Austria has 24 hours to submit his build. I have not received it yet.

Dear All, A small clarification.

The Season of WINTER (which we are submitting for now) is for Builds and Adjustments. It is not a movement phase. The phases of this game are:-

Spring (1st Movement phase)
Summer (if needed, retreats for any units dislodged in Spring)

Fall (2nd movement phase)
Autumn (if needed, retreats for any units dislodged in Fall)

Winter (builds and disbands)
